many smileys use less than and greater than signs. Unfortunately,
they're also used in HTML (hypertext markup language, which
is used to format web pages with). Some of these signs I had to
change to either an "(" or ")" once I saw that Microsoft Internet
Explorer was interpreting them. Other browsers might do the
